Turkey aspic
Instructions
Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package, season with wine.
Remove the Turkey skin.
cut meat into strips and ham, put them in a bowl and mix them with the mayonnaise.
Pour on the bottom of a mold of a layer of cold liquid gelatin, let it firm up in the refrigerator, place the sliced eggs, jelly, a little of the mixture to mayonnaise and, above, pour a little gelatin.
Be firm and take the layers ending with gelatin.
Keep in refrigerator several hours before serving.

- 1/2 boiled turkey
- 200 g of ham
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- Mayonnaise
- 2 bottles of instant gelatine
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
