Instructions

Reduce fine julienne peppers and store them in an airtight container.

1/4 of an hour before serving, drizzle peppers with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

To put a spoonful of this salad out of 8 grape leaves (or fico or simply of lettuce).

Mince over the peppers, chives (replacing you can use Basil) and serve.
