Colorful Salad (Insalata Variopinta)
Instructions
Place in a salad bowl the celeriac and carrots cut into julienne, unite the salads and the pepper into strips and cut the onions in half.
Dilute yoghurt with mustard, join worcester, a little lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and drizzle the salad.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/2 celeriac
- 2 carrots
- Lettuce salad
- Red salad of chioggia
- 1 yellow pepper in olive oil
- 12 pickled onions
- A few tablespoons of whole yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Spray 1 of worcester sauce
- Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
