Colorful salad (2) (Insalata Variopinta (2))
Instructions
Wash and clean the lettuce, Arugula and tomatoes.
Scrape the carrots, julienned ticking and reduce them, using the appropriate tool.
Chop salad and Arugula into pieces of about 3 cm and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
In a bowl place the carrots, lettuce and Arugula all around and, above this, the tomato wedges, in corona.
In Bowl mix 1 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mustard, salt 1.
Bring on the table salad with the dressing aside.

- 3 hearts of lettuce salad
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
- Salt
