Instructions
Wash the celery hearts.
Wash apples, remove the seeds and Peel.
Cut celery and apples into cubes and let them marinate in lemon juice for 1 hour.
Drain and toss with a little pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and keep in the fridge before serving.

- 300 g of celery hearts
- 2 apples
- 75 g of not toasted hazelnuts
- 1 lemon
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
