Salad of marinated anchovies
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, rinse and dry them with kitchen paper.
After preparing the marinade with lemon juice, olive oil and a bit of chopped parsley, lay the open anchovies: you will leave so for 15 minutes.
Seasoned then aside from soncino, with a light vinaigrette, lemon oil and a little salt.
Add the pitted olives.
You have finally the salad in every single dish over the anchovies in a radial pattern

- 500 g of fresh anchovies
- 40 g of soncino salad
- 20 taggiasche olives
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- White pepper
