Salmon rolls
Instructions
Knead the cheese, half of the chopped chives, cleaned and chopped radicchio, salmon cutouts.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Spread the mixture onto the salmon slices 12, Stow 'em a roulade, sprinkle with the remaining chives, seasoned with a little olive oil and a splash of lemon juice, serve after holding in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 slices of smoked salmon (slices not too large)
- 100 g of smoked salmon in scraps
- 200 g of robiola cheese
- 200 g of quark cheese (philadelphia)
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 head of radicchio di treviso
- Sprinkling 1 of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 thread of olive oil
- 1 splash of lemon juice
