Dried beef roulades with ricotta
Instructions
Ask to cut thin slices bresaola.
In a bowl mix cream cheese and pour a spoonful on each slice, sprinkle with chopped arugula, add two drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Roll forming of spring rolls and keep in a cool place.
Serve with freshly toasted bread.
Accompanying wines: Oltrepò Pavese Riesling DOC Colli Martani Grechetto DOC Falerno Del Massico Bianco DOC.

- 200 g of ricotta
- Arugula salad
- 2 drops of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
