Beef roulade
Instructions
Spread the mustard on the slices of meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cut into strips celery, turnip and grey bread.
Have 1 thin slice of each ingredient on the slice of meat to form a roulade.
Close with a toothpick.
Grease the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil and saute the roulade on all sides until it is nicely Golden.
Add the diced ham, chopped onion and tomato puree, add the red wine and the broth and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Pour the potato flakes to the sauce and bring to a boil.
That season the sauce.
Sprinkle the sauce with the chopped parsley.

- 2 slices of lean beef (sliced 100 g sliced and characters)
- 1/2 yellow turnip
- 1/2 celeriac
- 1/2 slice of grey bread

- 1 tablespoon of potato flakes
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
