Lobster baked au gratin
Instructions
Remove the crust from bread, then passed the slices to the mixer and collect the proceeds in a bowl.
Mix it with paprika, chopped garlic along with the spring onion and parsley leaves, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil.
Open the lobsters in half lengthwise, arrange on a plate, sprinkle them liberally with the aromatic bread prepared, pressing to adhere well to the pulp; toss with 1 tablespoon oil, the butter in flakes and toss them in the oven at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
Transferred means lobster in a serving dish and serve immediately, warm, with a seasonal salad gasket.

- 2 lobsters (from 800 g each)
- 6 slices of bread
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 small onions
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
