Instructions

Peel chicken thighs, wrap in prosciutto slices and close them with a stick.

Place the rolls in a wide saucepan, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Cover and cook at low heat for 40-45 minutes.

Sprinkle with a bit of broth if you were too dry.
