Instructions
Rinse the capers and chop finely, place in a bowl and mix with anchovy paste to taste and oil.
Beat the sliced chicken, polished with caper cream, do some spring rolls, close them with cocktail sticks.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the rolls.
Wet with wine and add the pitted olives and tomato.
Add salt, pepper and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Garnish with Basil.
