Chicken roulade with sage
Instructions
Cut the breasts into four and batteteli slightly.
Place over each slice two Sage leaves and a pinch of salt and pepper, then roll them up and put them in a thin slice of bacon.
Stops the rolls with a toothpick.
In a pan heat the oil and saucepan, heat the rolls on all sides.
Cover, Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes by adding a tablespoon of hot water if necessary.
Serve hot with a radicchio salad as a side dish.
