Fried chicken with anchovies and capers
Instructions
Cut the breasts into thin slices.
Assottigliatele with meat tenderizer.
Above each put an anchovy fillet, desalted and bones removed, and some capers.

In a pan heat about 30 g of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil, add the thinly sliced onion and when has become transparent saucepan, heat the rolls.

Cover the Pan and continue cooking for 20 minutes over low heat.
