Ham rolls (5)
Instructions
Grate fillets (julienne) 100 g of carrots and whole emmenthal.
Stir together the two ingredients, seasoned the mixture with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil extra-virgin, then spread on slices of ham and roll up the latter forming the cannelloni.
Add half a tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture, then stemperatela with a spoonful of wine, one for cold water and a few drops of lemon juice, achieving a sauce based.
Accommodate the cannelloni of ham on serving platter, decorate with sauce to mayonnaise and garnished the dish with the rest of the carrots cut into sticks.

- 12 slices of ham (approx 300 g)
- 200 g of emmenthal cheese
- 200 g of carrots
- 1/2 jar of mayonnaise
- Chopped aromatic (thyme, marjoram, parsley)
- Dry white wine
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Peppercorns
