Stuffed ham rolls with mushrooms
Instructions
Heat the milk and bread spezzettarvi.

Clean and cook the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes with half the remaining butter and chives.
Chop the mushrooms and basil and add to the bread, then add to the mushroom sauce, half of the grated Parmesan and 2 beaten eggs.
Place ham slices on the mixture and roll them up.
After being placed in a baking dish greased with butter, cover with the remaining cheese and a sauce made with the remaining butter, marsala wine, cream and a bit of broth.
Go in the oven already warm (200 degrees) for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 4 large slices of ham
- 2 sandwiches to milk
- 60 g of swiss gruyere cheese
- 150 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 cipollina
- 70 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of marsala wine
- 2 eggs
- Some leaves of basil
- 15 cl of cream
- 10 cl of broth
- Salt
- Pepper
