Radicchio and walnut rolls
Instructions
Choose the largest leaves of radicchio and boil them, let them dry on a kitchen towel.
In a bowl mix the ricotta with the chopped walnuts, egg, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, adjust the salt and pepper.
Spread some compound on the leaves of radicchio, formed of spring rolls and arrange in a buttered baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.
Retired and served in the same pan.

- 10 leaves radicchio di castelfranco
- 100 g of ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 10 walnut kernels
- 1 egg yolk
