Rice rolls in vine leaves
Instructions
Thinly slice the onions, FRY on moderate fire until they are wilted, then add the rice and cook covered saucepan for five minutes.
Add a cup of hot water and all other ingredients, except vine leaves.
Cook over low heat for five minutes and then allow to cool.
Wash the leaves, let them boil for three minutes and put them to run off.
