Sausage Rolls (Involtini di Salame)
Instructions
Work the ricotta with cream, parmesan cheese and olive paste.
Spread the mixture on the slices of salami, roll them up, fix them with a toothpick, decorate with sprigs of mayonnaise and serve.

- 200 g of ricotta piemontese
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive paste
- 12 slices of hungarian salami
