Paupiettes of sole
Instructions
Stuffed sole fillets with salt, Basil and capers.
Wrap them with pork and close it with toothpicks.
Put butter in a pan and Laurel and let them flavor.
Add the soles, a little water, cover and let Cook for 10-20 minutes.
