Turkey and asparagus rolls
Instructions
Boil the asparagus, lay the slices of topside and on each place the cheese slices, a bit of ham and asparagus: roll up the slices one by one and legatele well.
Bake the rolls in a pan with olive oil, butter and Sage, watering with the wine and seasoning salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of cheese slices
- 4 thin slices of turkey breast
- 200 g of asparagus
- 15 g of butter
- Salt
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 100 g of ham
- 1 sprig of sage
- Olive oil
