Stuffed veal rolls scamorzoni
Instructions
On each slice of meat put a slice of scamorzone, half a slice of ham, olives, cut in half 3 (in the order in which it is written).
Roll up and stops with two toothpicks.
Place the rolls in a pan with a knob of butter and a 3 bay leaves, salt pepper, put the lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.
After you add the wine, let it evaporate, then add the broth and cook for about another 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of calf pulp
- 2 slices of semisweet ham
- 4 slices of scamorzone cheese
- 12 pitted green olives
- Broth
- White wine
- 1 walnut butter
- Some leaves of laurel
- Salt
- Pepper
