Soffritti rolls
Instructions
On each slice of meat put 1/2 slice of ham, 1 slice of scamorzone and olives, cut in half 2.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick, put 1 1 bay leaf.
In 1 Pan place 1 knob of butter, place the rolls, pepper and cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes; Sprinkle with the wine and let it evaporate, then add the broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 4 slices of calf pulp
- 2 slices of ham
- 4 slices of scamorzone cheese
- 8 pitted green olives
- 1 walnut butter
- Broth
- White wine
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Pepper
