Kalitsounia Kritis (Cheese pies)
Instructions
Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt and water and knead.
On a floured surface, roll the dough and cut out of the squares with a knife or circles with a glass.
In another bowl, place the ricotta, egg and mint and stir well.
At the center of each dough cutout put a tablespoon of cream and close the sides as if it were a panzerotto.
With a fork, prick the edges to prevent the mixture out.
In a pan heat the oil and take the cakes.
Once browned, remove the cakes from heat, dry and sprinkle with sugar.

- 750 g of flour
- Salt
- Water
- 450 g of ricotta
- 2 tablespoons of chopped mint leaves
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of olive oil for frying
