Red and green ketchup
Instructions
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Peel the onions and thinly thickly.
Clean the peppers, remove the stem, seeds, pith and reduce it into pieces.
Gather it all in a pot and add the vinegar, three pinches of salt, sugar and a gauze bag in which you have tightly closed ginger, pepper and cloves.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour.
Remove the Spice bag, passed to sieve the mixture and place it back on the heat until the sauce is thick consistency.
Serve with boiled, fried or grilled.

- 1000 g of tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 50 G = = Cane
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 2 large onions
- 10 g of fresh ginger
- 4 cloves
- 10 grains of black pepper
- 3 pinches of salt
