Instructions
Make a paste with flour, eggs, cognac and lemon juice, with no added sugar.
Knead dough thin, cut with pastry strips with the toothed wheel and annodatele to form Ribbons that friggerete in boiling oil, one by one.
Hot sprinkle them liberally with powdered sugar.

- 200 g of flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 dram of cognac
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Seed oil
