Fig ice cream doughnuts with raspberry sauce
Instructions
With flour, egg and wine prepared the batter, stirring until the ingredients are well blended and the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Let stand while you prepare the raspberry sauce: puree raspberries with sugar and pass through a sieve.
Prepare the sauce with a few hours in advance, so the sugar will melt completely by making the most delicious sauce and even more shiny.
Cut the figs in half deprived of skin, immerse them in the batter, FRY in hot oil, drain very thoroughly and spolverizzateli with icing sugar mixed with vanilla.
Remember that it is very important that the figs are ripe but firm to avoid dipping into the batter and cook very slowly until then by deep-frying it.
Arrange each dish a scoop of vanilla ice cream and two doughnuts on a bed of raspberry sauce.
For a different flavor blending instead of icing sugar and vanillin can mix 2 tablespoons granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

- 4 large figs
- 4 balls of vanilla ice cream
- 250 g of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 5 cl of white wine
- Frying oil
