Instructions
Put directly into tall glass (tumbler) coarsely chopped ice and sugar, then add the lemon juice, water and Brandy.
Using a long-handled spoon, stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, putting it in the rim of the glass.
Serve with straw.
If you wish, you can complete this drink by placing on the surface of the glass a few grains of black currant.
You will get a drink even more pleasant to view.

- 2 tablespoons of ice
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 5 tablespoons of pear brandy
- 1 slice of lemon
- Some grains of currants (optional)
