Lagana with butter
Instructions
Prepare a batter with flour, eggs, oil and salt.
Tugs of not too thin sheets and cut them into strips of a couple of inches wide.
Well open them on a towel sprinkled with flour.
Let them dry out a bit, boil in lightly salted water, drain, pour into a bowl and season with grated pecorino cheese, melted butter and black pepper pounded in a mortar.

- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 100 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 150 g of butter
