Instructions

Halve avocados after they are washed and dried.

Remove the stones and empty the two halves of the pulp with one round baller from fruit, taking care not to damage the rinds.

Mix the avocado balls with tomato cut into dice and with rice.

Season with salt, olive oil, lemon juice.

Have emptied and serve in avocado.
