Sweet and sour grape hyacinth
Instructions
Clean and wash the grape hyacinth; Peel and cut cross cut 1 behind after removal of the root.
Boil them for 3-4 minutes in salted water, then drain really well.
Let them FRY in hot oil with 1 clove of garlic, then add the vinegar, sugar, and capers.
When vinegar is evaporated completely remove them from the heat and pass them in a hot oven for a few minutes.
Serve as a side dish for roast meats.

- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
