Instructions
Clean the fish and cut it into 8 pieces.
Blanch the tomatoes, Peel and cut them into thin slices.
Chop the garlic and onion and saute in hot oil.
Add sliced tomatoes and the tomato paste.
Season and cook for a few minutes.
Combine the chives, grated lemon rind and water.
Continue cooking and fish fry in a little oil, add the sauce, capers and a little vinegar.
