Lasagne with artichokes into pieces
Instructions
Saute garlic, add the capers and olives, let flavour and add the artichokes.
Continue cooking, adding water gradually.
Prepare the dough, then boil it, drain and sauté in a pan with the sauce and serve with a sprinkling of parmesan and basil.

- For the dough:
- 1 egg
- 200 g of flour
- Salt
- Water
- For the gravy:
- 2 artichokes
- 50 g of black olives
- 50 g of capers
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parmigiano
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Basil
