Avocado to jamaica
Instructions
Open the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the core, then with a spoon carved fruit, trying to remove the pulp without mincing it too, in order to then cut into pieces quite regular.
Then drain well the pulp of crabs that you removed from the box.
Boil for a few minutes the shrimp in salted water and let them cool.
Wash very well the mushrooms and cut the heads into thin slices, leaving a small piece of the stem.
Now gathered all the ingredients prepared in a bowl and mix them well.
Dilute the mustard in a bowl with the cream, then add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise: when the three ingredients are well blended together, add the remaining mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and a splash of Tabasco sauce.
Seasoned shrimp sauce, crab, mushrooms and avocado pulp together, then spread the mixture in the pans made from the fruits.
Garnish avocados to Jamaica at your leisure, using sprigs of parsley or dill tips.

- 2 large avocado
- 100 G = = crab meat
- 200 g of pink shrimp
- Some of small button mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt
- Spray 1 of tabasco
- 1 sprig parsley of (or dill)
