Artichoke lasagna
Instructions
Boil lasagna in boiling salted water.
Gently melt the blue cheese with cream, then add the pasta layered with sautéed artichokes, sliced mozzarella, gorgonzola, white sauce.
The last layer should be moistened with a little cream.
Place in hot oven for about 20 minutes.

- 600 g of type pasta lasagne all'uovo
- 1 pack of whole artichokes findus
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 250 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 350 g of cream
- 50 cl of bechamel
- Salt
