Salmon lasagne
Instructions
Scalded lasagna and appoggiatele on a clean cloth.
In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of bechamel sauce on which adagerete a layer of lasagne, then a layer of béchamel sauce and one of salmon up to cover the entire surface.
Then again, lasagna bechamel sauce and so on.
Sprinkle the last layer with Parmesan and put some butter flake.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cutting lasagna to serve you will be surprise to see the dough in two colours: white and pink salmon.

- 500 g of type pasta lasagne
- 500 g of thinly sliced salmon carpaccio type
- 150 cl of bechamel
- Parmigiano
- Some flakes of butter
- Salt
