Lasagna with eggplant
Instructions
Put salted the Eggplant slices.
Brown the garlic 6 tablespoons oil, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes, then add the Basil.
Rinse the aubergines and dry them.
Boil lasagna.
In a baking dish greased with oil alternating layers of lasagna, eggplant, tomato sauce and slices of cheese.
Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 4 eggplant
- 1 smoked cheese
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- Basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
