Lasagna with fish
Instructions
Fried fish fillets in the egg and breadcrumbs, then cook with butter.
In another saucepan melt the butter and let them toast the flour, dilute with hot milk, stirring constantly, Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the chopped parsley; boil lasagna, or use those to be put directly in the oven.
Spread in a baking dish a tablespoon of sauce, cover with a layer of pasta and one fish, continue until exhaustion ingredients; finish with a layer of sauce.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of type pasta lasagne
- 400 g of perch fillets
- 1 egg
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 30 g of flour
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
