Avocado and oysters
Instructions
Clean oysters.
Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the core.
Spraying the pulp with half of the lemon juice and place in each avocado half three oysters.
Shelled eggs, remove the egg white and pounded the yolks in a bowl with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce on avocado and serve.

- 2 avocado
- 12 oysters
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
