Spinach noodles lasagna
Instructions
Cook spinach and drain well.
While the noodles and bake, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In Blender, place the ricotta, mozzarella, egg, parsley, salt and spices.
Mix at high speed until the mixture is smooth.
Add the spinach and stir to combine the ingredients.
In a baking dish, layer half of the noodles and pour over the cream.
Arrange another layer of noodles and cover with the sauce.
Bake for 40 minutes.

- 500 g of type taglitelle pasta
- 400 g of mozzarella
- 100 g of ricotta
