Lasagnette of music paper and mushrooms
Instructions
Heat the broth.
Cook mushrooms in butter, in pieces but still frozen; Sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli.
Warm up the sauce and diluitela with a tbsp of broth.
Dipped in the same one-third of the music paper, then pull it out with a shovel.
Make one layer in ovenproof 4 tegliette from serving (or in one dish).
Cover with alternating layers of sliced mozzarella, mushrooms, béchamel sauce, parmesan cheese and other music paper softened in the broth.
Garnish the last layer of music paper with béchamel sauce, mushroom pieces, grated Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 400 g of béchamel sauce ready
- 300 g of mixed frozen mushrooms
- 240 g of music paper bread
- 100 g of mozzarella
- Grana padano cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 50 g of tomato
