Instructions
Boil the milk with the vanilla and sugar; allow to cool; beat the egg yolks; pour a little milk at a time on the beaten yolks and whisk again to blend all the milk to the reds; Add the marsala, alcohol and mix well; store in a cool place; When serving shake the bottle.

- 50 cl of milk
- 500 g of sugar
- Vanillin
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 g of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
