Lettuce with anchovies
Instructions
Wash the lettuce, cut it and put it in a salad bowl.
Dissolve the salt in the vinegar, oil, pepper, anchovy paste and emulsify.
Pour this sauce over the salad, add the anchovy fillets and diced diliscati, mix well and serve.

- 3 heads of lettuce salad
- 2 tablespoons of anchovy paste
- 3 anchovy fillets
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
