Instructions
In a bowl mix the meat with the sausage, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, a tablespoon of grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix and linked the dough with lightly beaten egg.
Remove the outer leaves and core of lettuce, wash.
Whole boil them in salted water for 3 minutes.
Drain, gently spread the leaves between one and the other spread the filling, close the head and tie it to the top with the white kitchen Twine.
Spread on the bottom of a baking dish the slices of bacon cut thin, lay on top of the lettuce, season with a little oil and some butter flakes, add half a glass of water, cover and cook at low heat for half an hour or so.
Withdrawn, passed on the serving dish and serve hot.

- 50 g of bacon
- 100 g of stuffings
- 100 g of sausage
- Breadcrumbs
