Instructions
Wash and dry 500 g Laurel berries Catlin and put them in a vase with seal, add 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees and let it sit for a couple of days.
After these two days boil 1000 g of sugar in 100 cl of water; When cold, mix the syrup with the contents of the jar.
Shake once a day for a few weeks and store indoors, away from the light, then filter, always with wine, and bottle drives, consummate after a month or two.
