Baked lake whitefishes
Instructions
Clean, empty, dry, salt and flour 4 Lake whitefishes of 200 gr.
of weight each.
Arrange in a baking dish from oven, sprinkle with already buttered, 2 tablespoons of grated aged cheese and season with a pinch of chopped Sage and a little black pepper.
Wet with 60 g of melted butter and the juice of 1 lemon.
Cover everything with silver paper and move the dish to the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve them nicely warm.
