Orange lentils
Instructions
Drain the lentils and boil them in salted water with celery, Bay leaves and garlic to light fire.
When they are cooked remove odors and drain.
Coat with oil and season with salt.
Grate the Orange rind and blend with lentils.
Stir well and serve warm.
Ingredients and dosing for 5 persons
- 400 g of lentils soak already
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 orange untreated
- Olive oil
- Salt
