Instructions
Clean the Hare and keep it apart.
Put it in for 48 hours, melting in a terracotta pot, wine, mushrooms and all odors.
Make a sauce with butter, olive oil, chopped onions and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Add the Hare without the sauce and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Then add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and bring to boiling.
Finished cooking remove the Hare and pass the sauce formed by combining the cream.
Serve very hot by pouring the sauce on Hare.
