Stew flavored with sage
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and start to Brown the flour slightly loins.
When they are well browned and almost cooked add some Sage leaves washed and dried.
Let flavour for a few minutes, add salt and serve.
These delicate loins befits a side of boiled potatoes and add to the pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil and pepper.
Accompanying wines: Red Foianeghe VdT Del Trentino DOC Cabernet Sauvignon, Torgiano, Rosso DOC Cerasuolo Di Vittoria.
