Instructions
Coarsely chop the onions and cook in the broth for about an hour.
Take the bread slices and fry them in lard to which you added the chili pesto.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Place in bread bowls, above this put the slices of cheese and pour in the boiling broth with onions.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of new onions
- 200 cl of meat broth
- 50 g of suet
- Crushed chili
- 350 g of stale bread
- 150 g of fresh pecorino cheese
